Public speaking scares me more than the dentist, and I hate dentists. Just the though of it makes my mouth go dry.

Sky,it is possible that your anxiety level is so high that public speaking will never be something you will want to do but Lisa had a wonderful perspective on anxiety that she shared in the show. I hope you listen and enjoy.
