I've expressed unpopular opinions before... or opinions that go against what someone else says - and yes - I've been on the receiving end of not-so-nice words. But the really great thing that comes out of it, is, I get to stand in my power, and stand up for what I really feel is right. And the people who are in my "nation" love that I stand my ground - because most of them resonate with what I say and what I do. So when I stand in that power, it's really about standing up for what they believe in too... and they appreciate the fact that they can count on me to walk my talk, and guide them through the waters as well.
