If you read the last Phase one post then hopefully you have had some time to have some fun and you have at least one activity that brings you joy. The target now is to build up a list of at least 10 different activities that bring you a sense of joy or enjoyment. Think back over your past to remember things that you used to bring you pleasure but haven’t done for ages. Try these activities to see if they still put a smile on your face. If you haven’t been on a swing in 20 years then give it a go! If you haven’t baked in a decade, then it is time to bring out the bowl and wooden spoon. Get creative and look for the joy in everything you do. Time yourself doing the dishes and attempt to break your record daily. Find a new way to get to work. Treat every day as an adventure.
