What is stopping you from living your dream life, getting your dream job or running your dream small business?
Have you ever even shared your dream with anyone? If the answer to that is no then please remedy that right now. If you have no-one in your life that you feel you could share it with then please send it to me coach@passionsthatpay.com . Once a dream has been spoken about or written about it starts to grow legs. It makes a move out of the realms of dreams and into reality.
What other fears do you have? Take a piece of paper or open up a word doc and spend 15 minutes just writing every single fear down, however small, however odd. Just write without judgment. When you have finished put it aside for a day or two then come back to it. Notice your reactions – do all these fears make you feel overwhelmed or do they start to look a little silly to you now? Go through each one and start asking the question is it true? Is it true that if you start your own business that your family will be living under a bridge in under a year? Is it true that everyone will laugh if you admit your dream is to write children’s books? What could you do to start mitigating the likelihood of the possibilities? Start writing “if”statements – some can be outlandish such as if I won $5 million dollars then I could … and then start bringing them down to more achievable “ifs” – if I worked on my business a couple of nights a week and on Saturday afternoons…
As you start to control your fears by planning manageable actions, you will be able to start to take steps to living your passion.
You deserve it.

I really like the idea of writing your dreams in order to let it flourish. Otherwise, I notice that I get caught up in the dreaming and do very little of the “acting” on my dream. Which is of course the only way your dream will ever come to fruition. Nice blog you have here, glad I stumbled upon it.
