Hmm, that is interesting Katherine. You are talking about things that result from fear though sometimes, in the case of someone being in the house. Also, like I mentioned before sometimes it is another person who changes and that isn't that your intuition was wrong, that is the other person perhaps isn't listening to their own intuition and going against it.
Also, another thing I had thought about today...there have been times in my life when I didn't listen to my intuition and made some not so good decisions however, I did learn something from those decisions and I think that is an important point to bring up. There will be times when you don't listen to your intuition, but if you take those decisions and learn and grown from them that is a benefit as well.

I have had gut feelings that something is wrong - often in the middle of the night and it turns out that nothing is wrong at all, that noone is prowling around in my house. Also I can have an intuitive feeling about a person that turns out to be utterly wrong.

Hey Katherine, nice post.

I would have to say that I am listening to my intuition most of the time now. I used to "discount" my intuition and it usually got me into things I wish I hadn't been a part of...either a bad relationship or uncomfortable situation or bad decision.
I feel that our intuition does give us the correct or at least better option HOWEVER, it is whether we decide to listen to it OR if we decide to listen to your "self-ego". I feel that our intuition is right (because it is based on love and positive vibrations within us). For example, it could be a bad relationship. Our intuition may be telling us that we deserve the best someone else has to offer you and not to settle for less than we deserve...however, our self ego is right there battling it out saying, "well, this person has good intentions, I think and well, I will just see how things go. It will be alright, right?". Your intuition is telling you what you already know, however, if you don't think much about yourself or doubt it, then you usually wind up in a worse situation.
I think that your intuition is always trying to battle against your self ego. And it is whether you decide to listen to it or not, that creates the outcome. Sometimes, it is because of the other person or other people that things turn out differently.
I do think you are correct that fear and self doubt are the two biggest reasons why we don't listen to our intuition.
Whew---I think I said enough.

Katherine, please share an example of when your intuition told you something that didn't turn out that way.

Kind regards,

I agree with this image of volume and background noise. We do get distracted and I'm still struggling with the interference, but after a lifetime of not listening enough, I'm getting there.

I've just set the reminder for your show, I am looking forward to it tomorrow.
