I'm turning 40 this month too, so thanks for the opportunity to spotlight what's great about gaining another year of maturity. One thing I especially love about getting older is a better understanding of what really matters (to me) in life. Or said another way, it's a more authentic definition of success that I'm gaining as time goes on. That alone is worth blowing out an extra candle every year! lol Happy birthday, again, Katherine!
